Associated Electro-Mechanics is a one stop industrial sales and service center. Servicing MA, CT, VT, NH, ME, RI, PA, NJ, and Eastern NY market areas. Situated on 3.6 acres in Springfield, MA, the service shop is comprised of 84,000 square feet, including a 10,000 square foot high bay building serviced by a 35 ton overhead crane. AEM's sales engineering staff is supported by several multi-faceted field service crews and a staff of electrical and mechanical engineers to compliment the departmentalized staff operations.
|
Since its inception in January 1976, owners Normand Lebeau and the late Frank Smelewicz have expanded their services and product offerings to provide the largest most diversified one stop industrial service center in New England.
AEM has acted as an extension of many manufacturing plants because AEM fills the voids in their customer's work force. AEM's ability to on site disconnect, rig, remove, deliver to shop, recondition, deliver, install, laser align, and test, truly identifies AEM as a one stop responsibility; One Stop Industrial Service Center.

| Associated Electo-Mechanics stresses "One Stop Service" because the company does all required repairs on the premises. It is unnecessary for our customers to tear the equipment down and send the motor to an electrical specialist, the frame to a welder, the shaft to a machine shop, etc. AEM has all of those specialties right in house.
