| AEM offers a predictive maintenance program utilizing CSI Ultra Spec 8000 Analyzers. By taking readings of vibration points of rotating equipment and electric motors a base line is established for comparison with regular scheduled readings taken monthly. Any diferences in readings are identified and interpreted. A simple shaft alignment, bearing replacement or motor replacement can then be done at your convenience or at your next production line shutdown without a costly breakdown in the middle of a production run. |
