We offer a diversity of on-site field services and troubleshooting for:

Gearboxes, gear reducers, centrifugal blowers, submersible pumps, fans, mixers, augers, bunchers, centrifuges, compressors, pulpers, rolls, runners, turbines, wickets, crushers, shredder rotors, magnet drums, splitcase pumps, positive displacement blowers.

We have a full and complete Field Service department capable of performing onsite inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and selective overhaul of all types of electro-mechanical rotating equipment, power transmissions and manufacturing machinery.

Our Field Service Technicians have the capabilities to perform on-site vibro analysis, dynamic balancing, computer laser shaft alignment and ultrasonic testing and inspection. In addition to these tests, we offer in place, on-site welding, machining and millwright services.

To complete our full service capabilities, we can also rig, remove, transport to and from our facility, reinstall, perform laser shaft alignments, startup vibrations analysis, field balancing, and bearing, seal, packing and coupling replacements.

Hoist & Crane

Our Crane and Hoist department is capable of performing OSHA compliance Level I, II, and II inspections with full means to follow up on service repairs as needed.

• We are a factory trained and certified seller on many of the leading brands of Crane and Hoists in the industry from ¼ ton to over 200 ton systems.
